How quickly do you deliver orders?
Most items sold in the site are in stock and are kept in storage at our warehouse. Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 5 working days from receipt of your order. However in exceptional circumstances delivery may take up to 10 days though we will endeavour to despatch all items as quickly as possible.

Do you delivery outside the UK?
Yes, for locations outside if the UK, delivery times may vary, please email us for a price for delivery. We will not confirm your order until you have told us you are happy with the delivery charge.

What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.

What if my item does not arrive?
LottysLoft.com send all packages by recorded delivery and they are insured. If your item does not arrive, you will have the option of a refund or we can send the package again.
