do I place an order?
When you see an item you like,
click on "add to basket"
and continue shopping until
you're ready to make your purchase.
We'll tell you what item(s)
you've added. Click on "basket"
to confirm your choices. If
you make any changes, click
update to save your changes.
Then click on "proceed
to checkout" to finish
your order or "return to
shop" to browse through
more items.

question about a product?

will get back to you as soon
as we can.
How will I know my
order was accepted?
You will receive e-mail confirmation
of your order, including order
number and an invoice for
the total price charged.

Payment will be debited and
cleared from your account
before the despatch of your
product. If the issuer of
your payment card refuses
to authorise payment to us,
we will not be liable for
any delay or non-delivery.
Do you accept orders
by post?
If you would like
to send a order by post, please
send us a cheque for the total
amount and a copy of your
order in your basket.. Please
send with your delivery address

Items paid for by cheque
will be posted once funds
have cleared, usually 5 working
days. Cheques must be UK Sterling
and made payable to:'Lottys
Loft'
