of receipt. Please return

We do stress
that when returning an item,
it is strongly recommended
that you obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility
for parcels or furniture lost
in transit and can only refund
or offer a credit note once
the item is received back
to us.
Once the
item has been checked by us,
you will be refunded, less
the delivery charge directly
(or by cheque, if you have
paid by this method).
Faulty/Damaged
items
Notification of damages, shortages
and faults must be sent within
48 hours of delivery via e-mail
at sales@lottysloft.com.
The item
must be returned with all
original packaging and invoice,
within 7 days.
