returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform us at sales@lottysloft.com.

If you wish to return an item due to unsuitability, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item in perfect, unused condition, with the original packaging to:

We do stress that when returning an item, it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund or offer a credit note once the item is received back to us.

Once the item has been checked by us, you will be refunded, less the delivery charge directly (or by cheque, if you have paid by this method).

Faulty/Damaged items
Notification of damages, shortages and faults must be sent within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail at sales@lottysloft.com.

The item must be returned with all original packaging and invoice, within 7 days.

Once we are in receipt of the item, we will aim to send out a replacement within 72 hours of receiving the item from you. If the item is out of stock we will discuss alternative arrangements with you.
